Can I book multiple classes at once?

Yes! You can book multiple classes in one go as long as they’re all the same level. Just select the first date and time, then click “select and add another time,” continue selecting this for each class you want to book.

 If I cancel a class, will I get a refund or re-credit?

Classes canceled 36 hours in advance will be re-credited to your original payment method. Class passes are automatically credited back. Refunds for card payments are processed manually by us through Stripe, and the time it takes depends on your bank.

When should I log in?

All the time! :) It’s important to log in, especially when purchasing class passes, so they’re linked to your account. This makes it easy to check your balance and usage.

I can’t see my upcoming class. What’s wrong?

This usually means the classes were booked without logging in. You can check your confirmation emails or email us to link the bookings to your account.

I have a class pass, but it’s asking for my card details at checkout.

Just scroll down to “Package, gift, or coupon code,” and click the + icon to enter your code.

How can I check my class pass balance?

Visit ouenpilates.com/book, scroll to the bottom of the page, and select “check code balance,” or just log in (if the passes were purchased whilst logged in)

I clicked “forgotten password” but didn’t get an email.

Please check your junk folder. If you still don’t see a reset email, it’s likely there isn’t an account linked to that email. Please select to “sign up,” to complete the process
