Established in 2017, we pride ourselves on the precision and expertise of our movement specialists. The Ouen Pilates studio is equipped with Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Step Barrel and Props.
Our team of highly trained Instructors are passionate about supporting our clients to grow stronger and more connected with every session. With our deep understanding of proper movement techniques, we help you experience the transformative power of Pilates and discover a new level of strength and well-being.

CLASSES
We offer both small group reformer classes and private training using all Pilates apparatus to ensure we can support and empower the bodies in our care.
GROUP REFORMER
Small group classes to ensure individual attention.
Classes run 6 mornings and 4 evenings a week with five class levels; Technique, Technique Plus & Power, Men’s and Pre/ Post Natal to ensure clients receive training honed to their needs
PRIVATE/DUET TRAINING
With Comprehensively Certified Instructors
using all Pilates equipment. Private Training is great to learn correct technique, address issues, injury rehab or take your practice to the next level.
