Ouen Pilates was established in the heart of St Ouen in 2017, with one clear focus: teaching Pilates with genuine attention and care for how people move.
Our comprehensively equipped studio brings together the whole Pilates system, including Mat, Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Spine Corrector and Ladder Barrel.
Group Reformer classes are deliberately kept small, with a maximum of five people, so our instructors can observe, adapt and teach with real attention. Private sessions draw on the full apparatus and can support rehabilitation, specific conditions, individual movement needs or a desire to deepen your practice.
Ouen is owned and operated by a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor with seven years of teaching experience. Our instructors bring substantial training, continued education and real teaching experience to every session. We understand the method, respect the foundations and teach with purpose, so while trends may come and go, our focus remains firmly on thoughtful, high-quality Pilates.

GROUP REFORMER
With just 5 participants per class, our small group Reformer sessions blend the energy of a group with personalised attention. With three class levels, our expert team will guide you with tailored support to help you move, strengthen and thrive.
PRIVATE TRAINING
Our one-to-one and duet sessions are built around you. Using the full range of Pilates equipment, private training is ideal for mastering technique, addressing specific issues, injury rehab, or taking your practice to the next level.
