Reformer classes

With a maximum of 5 clients and dedicated class levels, our small group classes ensures our Instructors can provide expert focus with a tailored approach to empower and challenge at a level that’s appropriate for you. See below for our class levels.

New to reformer?
Please book an Introductory Session ahead of joining classes if you are new to reformer, or need a refresher. At least 5 x Technique or Technique + Reformer classes are required prior to participation in Power classes.

  • Reformer Classes Jersey

    Technique Reformer

    The ‘go to’ reformer class. Focusing on the details to create strength, alignment and correct muscle engagement. Vital conditioning for all and never easy when done properly.

    Suitability:

    • Those keen on the details and nuances whilst working at a consistent pace

    • A perfect place to build knowledge and confidence after your first Intro class

    • Injury and disc rehabilitation once signed off by your physio, osteopath, chiropractor or doctor.

  • Reformer Classes Jersey

    Technique PLUS Reformer

    Technique PLUS takes the foundations you'll have worked on in Technique classes to the next level with challenging progressions, whilst still focusing on doing exercises correctly, so you feel all of those muscles you didn't know you had.

    Suitability:

    • Those looking for the option to add challenge whilst maintaining all those key details

    • An important transition between Technique and Power class levels,

  • Reformer Classes Jersey

    Power Reformer

    Power classes seek to level up your strength and ability - expect to be pushed and challenged before our signature dreamy warm down and relaxation.

    Suitability:

    • Those who have a strong grasp of the technique and the equipment and able to follow instruction

    • Not suitable for those with injuries or disc issues

    • Attendees should be confident in holding a plank and performing single-leg balance work

  • Pre/ Post Natal Reformer

    Enhance your wellness journey with breath led core activation and mobility exercises designed to support your body during pregnancy and help gently and safely reconnect your core after birth.

    Classes run in pre-paid blocks. Please enquire if there is no availability on the schedule

    Suitability:

    • Prenatal: Up to 27 weeks at course start

    • Postnatal: 6 weeks postpartum, or once post-birth bleeding has stopped

  • Men's Reformer

    Men’s reformer classes are challenging, high-energy & dynamic to bfild strangth and technique.

    Classes run in pre-paid blocks. Please enquire if there is no availability on the schedule

    Suitability:

    • Not suitable for those with injuries or disc issues

    • Attendees should be confident in holding a plank and performing single-leg balance work

One to One | Duets | Introductory

Private training sessions focus solely on your body. Perfect for learning correct technique, addressing issues, rehabilitating injuries or taking your practice to the next level.

The Ouen Pilates studio is equipped with Reformers, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Step Barrel and Props.
